  • Amenities and pricing depends on whether units have been fully remodeled, partially remodeled or not remodeled.
  • We pay for water, sewer and trash. This is included in the price of rent.
  • We do not provide cable. Satellite dishes are not allowed

Note: A rental application must be truthfully completed by all non-dependent occupants 18 years or older that will occupy the apartment. Each applicant must pay designated application fee. (Married couples are permitted to submit just one)

Pet Policy

  • Maximum of 2 pets per apartment with executed pet agreement.
  • We do not require a pet fee.  However, pets must weigh no more than 70 lbs. No aggressive breeds permitted.

Lease Terms and Fees

  • 6 month, 9 month and 12 month lease terms available
  • $40 non-refundable application fee
  • $100 holding fee paid by money order (applied towards first month rent), non-refundable after 72 hours of acceptance
  • Deposits depend on credit history ($87.50 to $250)

Application Qualifications

  • All applicants over the age of 18 must pass a background check.
  • Must have verifiable and stable income for a period of 12 months.  If employment has changed over previous 6 months, we will verify with employer to meet 12 month criteria.
  • Excellent verifiable residential history for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Positive credit rating for previous 2 years.  Poor credit or prior evictions, if paid, will be carefully considered, but may be cause for refusal.
  • Pre-tax income must be a minimum of three times the monthly rent.
