Arbor Village Apartment Homes were built in 1986 and remodeled in 2006. There are 220 apartments in the property.

Management

Riverstone Residential Group took over management of Arbor Village on February 1, 2012. Riverstone is one of the largest providers of apartment living in the United States, overseeing apartment rentals in conventional, affordable, student housing, military housing, senior housing, and lease-up communities.
